The Pink Sands Harbour Island, a secluded 19-acre resort on a long stretch of pink sand, was made famous by former owner Chris Blackwell, the founder of Island Records. Renowned for his luxury hotels as much as his musical tastes, he lured the chic and hip to remote Harbour Island, a three-and-a-half mile long speck in the Caribbean.

The new owners, PS Limited, are offering 44 residences for sale, a mix of villas, cottages and hotel-condo units priced between $1.5 million and $8 million (€1 million-€5.4 million). The big prizes will be three estate homes, each with more than 4,000-square-feet (372 square meters) of interior space and 1,000-square-feet (93 square meters) of terrace space, as well as outdoors spas and “covered summer kitchens.”
