Delivering his much anticipated yet brief Budget Communication in parliament, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Hubert Ingraham announced Wednesday that the 2007/2008 budget contains no new taxes and no increased taxes, but projects a surplus at the end of the next fiscal year.
