Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that Anna Nicole Smith should be buried in Bahamas to be “next to her son”.


I goto say, I did not like this Judge. He went over the top a little and was asking questions that he did not need to ask.


Richard Milstein, the court-appointed guardian of Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn, will take care of all the arrangements for the burial.


A court here in the Bahamas is considering the immediate issue of custody of Dannielynn until the paternity dispute is resolved.
