Shane Gibson Now Resigned.


Shane Gibson the Immigration Minister, who rushed Anna Nicole Smith's residence through has now resigned from public office. Thanks the lord !!!


Shane Gibson apologized to the Bahamian people for any embarrassment he may have caused the country, which he has.


He still said he "did not have a sexual relationship with Anna Nicole Smith" ... Mhhh do I smell a Bill Clinton here.




Shane Gison said on ZNS, our very own TV channel...

"I want to apologize to all persons who may in any way have been offended by anything that I have said, done, or perceived to have said or done,"

"To the extent that my beloved country has in any way suffered from anything that I was perceived to have said or done, I want to apologize to the Bahamian people as a whole,"

Prime Minister Perry Christie said he had accepted Gibbon's resignation, he had to, he could not refuse it with what has happed.



Prime Minister Christie said....

"However sad Shane's decision to resign may be, I also believe, as does he, that it is the correct course of action for him to take in all of the circumstances,"

Shane Gibson continued to say...

"I unconditionally deny that I ever abused my ministerial office by granting Anna Nicole Smith any permit of which she was undeserving or for which she was not qualified under the laws of the Bahamas,"

Well, how do you explain how Anna Nicole Smith got an official residency weeks before the house purchase went through, yes, the house she does NOT own. So only two things could be done, either the system does not work or Shane Gibson did put it through the back door.


One good thing is that Anna Nicole has brought the back handers and who you know, not what you know to the international media.


We all love the Bahamas and the Bahamian people, but taking bribes, back handers and wink wink nudge nudge has to stop.



Lets hope that our Prime Minister present and/or future will stop this..
