Local newspaper reports indicate that a third person may have been in the hospital room where Anna Nicole Smith and her son were when the 20-year-old died of an apparent heart attack.
The Tribune newspaper reported that Anna Nicole Smith was overheard saying "You did this to him", but these reports are unconfirmed as yet. In addtion, the other local daily newspaper in Nassau, Bahamas--where Daniel Smith died on Sunday--has indicated that various media sources are reporting that the death was not natural.
While speculation abounds in the international press, local sentiment leans toward the involvement of drugs in the tragic death of Daniel Smith. However, President and CEO of Doctor's Hospital, Barry Rassin, called reports that his staff did not provide proper care to Daniel "complete nonsense."
The autotopsy and toxicology reports are scheduled to be released on Friday.
