Several observant Bahamas Blog readers have called me to task for not posting anything while away in London. They were slightly perturbed that I promised to post more scintillating new material on this blog but never did.
To these faithful readers go my deepest apologies.
However, there was a fairly good reason I could not keep my promise: After the foiled terrorist plot in the UK, airport security was heightened to a point that they were making travellers place their laptop computers in their checked in luggage. Although I was not certain this would happen to me, I didn't want to take any chances, so I left my laptop at home in sunny Nassau.
Ergo, no posting of photos or stories.
But have no fear, intrepid readers. Now that I have returned to Nassau, I will resume my posts. I have photos and stories from my trip to London, and will post as if I'm still there!
