The new buildings are going up on Paradise Island like clockwork. Atlantis is truly rising from the sea.

Kerzner International now operates a large chunk of Paradise Island, and has literally transformed the place into a mega resort over the last 10 years or so. When you view Paradise Island via Google Earth, you can truly see how much of the island has been or is being developed by Kerzner.

Property inside the yellow lines: Already developed Atlantis property.

Property inside the blue lines: New development, called "Phase III."

And this doesn't even take into account the Ocean Club property or the related golf course (not to mention the proposed golf course on Athol Island to the east of Paradise Island).
