Today marks the day that a group of intrepid do-gooders get on their bikes and ride for the benefit of the Cancer Caring Center and programs of the Cancer Society of the Bahamas. The event is called Ride For Hope. Truly a worthy cause.

Here's the plan:

High Carb Dinner join us at Sully's, Harbour Island for pasta and salad the night before the Ride. There will be chicken tenders for children. Free to registered participants; $10 for family members and friends.

Ride for Hope will start promptly at 10 am. Riders going the longest distance will be sent off first. Groups will be sent off every 15 minutes. A 6-mile children's course (adult supervision required) is offered.

Cocktail Reception Celebrate with us after the Ride. Free to participants, and nominal cost ($10) for family members, our cocktail reception will offer delicious finger foods and great entertainment.
