If you're considering a trip to The Bahamas, the chances are, you'll be visiting Nassau, the capital and by far the most popular destination in the country. If you're in Nassau, you simply must visit Paradise Island, one of the world's premiere resort islands and while you're there, it would be a sin not to visit Marina Village, the island's newest attraction.
The Marina Village is an open-air marketplace with three main plazas that are designed to resemble a "quaint" Bahamian settlement. This Culturally based shopping and entertainment complex, situated at the eastern end of the existing Marina at Atlantis, features five unique restaurants, 21 retail outlets, local music and a collection of carts that showcase the artistry of The Bahamas. The charming and vibrant bazaar provides visitors with an unforgettable and distinctly Bahamian vacation experience.
For the sake of simplicity, here I have merely indicated the location of the various establishments. I'll talk about the different places in future blogs.
